The F. E. Bellows School hosts Rye Neck's 3rd to 5th grade students and follows a strong integrated discovery approach to learning, with an emphasis on reading and writing across the content areas.  It has earned national recognition by the United States Department of Education as a Blue Ribbon School of Excellence which attests to its strong academic program, as well as its focus on character development and whole child approach to elementary education. The talented, dedicated staff works together to create an environment in which each child can achieve success and reach their full potential.  A strong partnership with parents and community is fostered and encouraged through a wide variety of cultural arts and STEAM programming.
