The F. E. Bellows School hosts Rye Neck's 3rd to 5th grade students and follows a strong integrated discovery approach to learning, with an emphasis on reading and writing across the content areas.  It has earned national recognition by the United States Department of Education as a Blue Ribbon School of Excellence which attests to its strong academic program, as well as its focus on character development and whole child approach to elementary education.
