Middle School Spring Concert Recap and Highlights

It was extra special to have parents and families cheering on and supporting their children at tonight's Middle School Spring Concert.

As noted in the event program, it is with great pleasure that everyone was welcomed to this year's concert. Tremendous growth took place throughout the year among our students. Rye Neck also participated in the NYSSMA Evaluation Festivals which is offered to students in grades 1-12.

This year's performance included:

* 6th Grade Band: Aztec Celebration; Stone Age Stomp

* String Ensemble: Pirates of the Caribbean; Over the Rainbow; and Spring Breezes

* 7th and 8th Grade Band: Chimera; Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban

* Combined 6-8 Grade Bands: Brandenburg Gate

* Middle School Chorus: My Shot; Waving Through a Window; You Raise Me Up; and Eye on The Tiger
