Welcome to the Rye Neck School District. Whether you have a child beginning his/her first days of school as a kindergartner, or perhaps a child enrolling in our secondary schools because of a recent move, we would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to the Rye Neck family.
We are confident that in just a short time, you will come to appreciate the many resources and variety of programs offered to students at all grade levels. We start accepting Kindergarten registrations in the February before your child is expected to start school in September.

Universal Pre-K Program
The Rye Neck Union Free School District is planning to offer a universal pre-k program starting Fall 2027.
If your child will turn 4 years old between December 2, 2026 - December 1, 2027, you live in the school district, and you would like information about the 2027-2028 UPK program, please complete this Rye Neck Universal Pre-K Interest Survey

Kindergarten Registration Information
Any child born between December 2, 2021 - December 1, 2022 and living in the Rye Neck School District is eligible to enroll in Kindergarten for the 2027-2028 school year.
If your child is eligible to attend kindergarten in the Rye Neck School District in September of 2027, please complete the Incoming Kindergarten Questionnaire (English) or the Incoming Kindergarten Questionnaire (Spanish).
