Term Expires: 2027
     This is Halli’s third year on the Board and first year as President. Halli was previously Vice President of the Board and served on the Special Services Committee, Facilities Committee, Safety Committee and Community Partners Committee. 
     Prior to being elected to the Board, Halli served as the PTSA VP of Daniel Warren, VP of FE Bellows, VP of Fundraising and Corresponding Secretary. She has also sat on the facilities committee that helped form RN’s capital improvement bond, participated on many Principal Advisory Committees and is an active member of the RN Booster Club.
     Halli graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Madison with a BA in communications. She has been an active member of the RN community for over 14 years, has two children that graduated from Rye Neck and one child currently in district.

     Ruth is in her second year on the Board of Education. This year, she will serve on the Facilities Committee, continue for a second year on the district's Policy Committee, and act as the Board liaison for Special Services.
     Prior to joining the Board, Ruth was President of the PTSA, where she led a dedicated team of volunteers and prioritized collaboration. She has also served on the Elementary School Principal's Advisory Committee and as a community liaison to the district's Safety Committee.
     A graduate of Gettysburg College, Ruth also holds an MFA from The New School in New York. She has spent over 20 years working in the children’s book publishing industry in both New York and London. 
     Ruth and her husband, Peter, have been Rye Neck residents since 2016 and have two children in the district: a fifth grader and an eighth grader. She is grateful for the opportunity to continue giving back to the Rye Neck community and is committed to being a thoughtful and positive advocate for all students.

    Alex is excited to begin his second year of Board service and will serve on the Tech, Athletics and Audit Committees.
     Alex grew up in New York City and graduated from Trinity College (BA, Philosophy) and  New York University (MPS, Interactive Telecommunications). He has more than 25 years of experience building digital products at a variety of consumer technology companies—from founding his own startup to leading teams at larger organizations like Google and The New York Times.
     Alex and his family - including and 8th and an 11th grader - have been proud members of the Rye Neck community since 2013. In his free time, Alex loves to catch his kids’ soccer matches, and theater performances, take long walks at the Harbor in the morning with his dogs and catch a movie at our local theater.
     Alex deeply appreciates the opportunity to work with the rest of the board, our Superintendent and Administrators on behalf the district and looks forward to the 2026-2027 school year.

     Gabriella Danza is excited to begin her term as Board Trustee, driven by a strong belief in public education and a deep commitment to the students and families of our great community. Gabby grew up locally, and she and her husband (Peter) have two children in the Rye Neck district, where they have proudly called home for 17 years.
     Gabby graduated from SUNY Binghamton (BS) and UVA’s Darden School of Business (MBA). Her career is now centered on brand management, and her experience across industries has shaped her strengths in leadership, strategic thinking, and fiscal responsibility.  
     Gabby has been an active PTSA volunteer, supporting STEAM programs at the HS and F.E. Bellows and serving on the Elementary School PAC.  She will aim to bring a thoughtful, inclusive, and collaborative voice to the Board.

Term Expires: 2029
     Laurel Ryan is in her first year representing the Rye Neck community as a Board of Education trustee. Laurel will serve on the Policy Committee, Community Partners committee and she will also represent the district on the Westchester-Putnam school Boards' Association.
     Laurel has been a Rye Neck resident since 2010 and 2 of her 3 children are Rye Neck graduates. Her daughter, Ava, is a sophomore at Rye Neck. Laurel has been deeply involved in the Rye Neck schools through many years of volunteer service. A former PTSA president, she has also served on many district committees, including Policy, Strategic Planning, DEI, High School Principal Advisory, and the Sex Education Committee. She has also been a longtime member of the Student Aid Fund, as well as a Booster Club volunteer.
     Professionally, Laurel practiced law for over 20 years, specializing in insurance coverage, defense and alternative dispute resolution. She holds a bachelor's degree from Arizona State University and a JD from New England School of Law. Laurel looks forward to continuing her service to the Rye Neck community as a Board of Education trustee, helping to ensure the district remains the exceptional place it has been for her family.
