In late March, the district received a Freedom of Information Request for the expenses submitted by the Superintendent for the period of January 1, 2011 to March 21, 2014. In the interest of transparency the district is making this information available to the entire community.

Dr. Mustich does not carry a district credit card and must expend personal funds as necessary and submit documentation for reimbursement. Over the three year period requested, Dr. Mustich made 13 submissions for expense reimbursement; a total of three requests in each of the last two years, five in 2011-12 and two for the Jan 2011-June 2011 period. On average, Dr. Mustich expenses an average of $2,403 in each of the three years. All expenses submitted by Dr. Mustich in this period of time were approved under either Board of Education policy or within the Superintendent's contract and all were submitted properly as necessary to the conduct of business.  All were reviewed by the district claims auditor. The majority were for group functions like PTSA gatherings or Board retreats, pre-function meals, a payment to the Lion's Club, committee expenses, etc.
