The Vote
•    December 12th , 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. in the HS/MS Library Community Room

Absentee Ballot Information
•     Applications for absentee ballots are available in the District Clerk’s Office (located in the Rye Neck Central Office, 310 Hornidge Road) between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm and may be picked up by the voter or his/her representative.  Applications are also available HERE.

•    The application must be returned to the District Clerk.  This can be done by the voter or his/her representative.  Once the application is reviewed and accepted, an Absentee Ballot will be issued.  Completed and signed ballots may be hand-delivered by the voter, his/her representative, or mailed.  In order for the ballot to be counted, it must be received in the District Clerk’s office no later than 5:00 p.m. on the day of the vote, Wednesday, December 12, 2012.

Registration Information
•         All US Citizens who have lived in the Rye Neck School District at least 30 days are eligible to vote in the school elections if they are at least 18 years old and registered with either the Westchester County Board of Elections or the Rye Neck School District.
•         The school district has year-round registration.  You may register at any school office between the hours of 8:00am – 4:00 pm, and on Wednesday, December 5th, in the Central Office from 7:00 am – 9:00 pm.

•    If you are registered with Westchester County you do not need to register with the school.
